What's Coming Out Of My Suitcase

I have only been in New York for a few days and I love it so far! The weather is much warmer than the midwest, which I was not anticipating. Here are a few things that I would enjoy popping out of my suitcase right now.

  1. Miu Miu Dog Motif Cropped Jacket (I’m dreaming of spring!)
  2. Tazo Chai Tea Latte
  3. Daily planner
  4. Lola by Marc Jacobs Eau De Parfum
  5. Muk Luks Women’s Boho Slipper Boot –

Cocktail Tuesday: My Favorite Drinks out in Minneapolis

This weekend I went to one of my favorite places, The Bradstreet Craft House, and was introduced to Ice House. Two really great places and this is what I had:

The Jack Rose from the Bradstreet.

Jack Rose

2 oz. Applejack brandy

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1 oz. Grenadine

What is really awesome about the Bradstreet is they make their own grenadine and use fruits to create a perfect tasting cocktail.

a slice of lemon and add blueberries to your liking.

If you live in Minneapolis or happen to be visiting, do try either or both of these great places!

Imbibe Tuesday: The Hard Lemonade

Image

After a lengthy conversation about malt drinks on a golf course, a man suggested I should try Sand Creek’s HARD Lemonade. Obviously, I had to take him up on the suggestion and was pleased by the recommendation. The lemonade was sweet and tart with a more natural lemonade taste than Mike’s Hard Lemonade. Black River Falls has got it down for an “adult lemonade.”
